- The Guinness Premiership: The Guinness Premiership is the home of the elite English rugby clubs. Twelve teams participate in a competition in order to qualify for the semi-finals of England’s biggest domestic rugby competition.

- The Currie Cup: This is the oldest and most prestigious provincial rugby championship in the world, with the Premier Division contested by the eight most powerful provincial sides in South Africa. The competition attracts the biggest domestic league crowds in the sport.
