In a surprise move that has literally rocked the international golfing community, Nick Faldo – European Ryder Cup Captain – has just announced an unexpected, unnamed pick to replace Padraig Harrington in the 2008 Ryder Cup starting Friday, 19 September.
Ryder Cup Team USA are just as surprised by this move – with a challenge being lodged with the PGA Tour organisers and other high powers within golf’s controlling bodies.
